Job Responsibilities:

The Supervisor for General Administration Division at Walt Disney Attractions Japan is responsible for creating an office environment where cast members can work efficiently and to their maximum potential. He/She will maintain and oversee the company facility and equipment to ensure that our workspace is safe and functional.

The position will be a contract position with the possibility for renewal.

Office Facilities Management-

  • Process and handle facility enhancements, renovations and repairs through negotiations with OLC (Oriental Land Company) Facility Support division, OLC General Administration, and external vendors.
  • Monitor the safety and cleanliness of interior and exterior areas, such as offices, conference rooms, and parking lots according to office appearance policies and office guidelines.

Company Vehicle Management-

  • Schedule and arrange company vehicles' regular and annual inspections as well as their leases.
  • Handle company vehicle repairs.  In case of an accident, manage all processes starting from communicating with law enforcement to submitting accident reports to the vehicle lease vendor.
  • Support VIP visits as a VIP driver.


  • Process and handle irregular purchase orders and expense reports through SAP
  • Monitor and approve new vendor contracts requested through SAP

Security Procedures-

  • Ensure proper security measures for the workplace such as process regular and VIP security gate clearance requests outside working hours.
  • Create and maintain OLC security passes through OLC counterparts.


  • Orchestrate communication of communique handling
  • Oversee incoming and outgoing mail and shipments. 
  • Manage ad-hoc projects requested by the executive including creating presentations.

Required Skills

  • Possesses a Japanese Driver’s license and is willing to drive. Will be required to drive others to destinations as necessary.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Japanese.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to build, maintain, and manage relationships internally and externally
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to track and organize a large volume of details, data, and tasks.
  • Ability to appropriately respond to and resolve cast issues with little direction.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize deadlines/deliverable
  • A proactive self-starter with a positive demeanor and a can-do attitude.
  • Reliably handle confidential information.
  • Comfortable in MS Office suite.
  • Experience using programs such as SAP and Concur or comfortable learning them as well as any other programs.

Preferred Qualifications

  • University degrees or equivalent
  • At least 3-5 years of working experience in multi-national companies.
  • Experience using SAP in purchasing.
