The Role

Based in our Dublin Office, as the Disney+ Ireland Marketing Intern, you will be involved in a wide range of campaigns designed to drive the success of Disney+ in Ireland. You will be in a supportive role, assisting the Disney+ marketing functions, primarily including Brand Marketing, but also Digital Marketing and PR. You will work across campaigns and ad-hoc projects, whilst simultaneously building your skillset to lay the foundations for your future marketing career. This opportunity will require you to be on-site four days a week.

Areas of Responsibility:

  • Assisting with Irish campaigns, including briefing creative and managing approval & delivery of assets.

  • Monitoring various trackers, including those for campaigns, social assets and finance, to ensure activity is kept up to date.

  • Management of social asset approvals with legal & creative teams.

  • Meeting handling, including agenda forming, note-taking, re-scheduling, and general information updates.

  • Create briefs to send to partners to be used for activity across sponsorship credits, radio stings, live reads, and editorial.

  • Attend weekly status calls with our long-term partners to assist across various elements of the partnership.

  • Provide support with the management and delivery of social and digital media assets for use on all Disney+ campaigns and organic social calendars.

  • Assisting the Digital Marketing Manager with postings across our social platforms.

  • Leading on the uploading of unlisted YouTube videos for the team.

  • Supporting on appropriate publicity & communications activity.

  • Raising of Purchase Orders (POs) on SAP, managing PO queries and maintenance of finance trackers.

  • Work closely with our UK and Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) teams to stay up to date on all Disney+ activities.

  • General admin duties.

About You:

  • MUST be an undergraduate returning to full time education in Autumn 2025

  • MUST have the right to work in (Republic of) Ireland

  • Be studying towards a related degree e.g. Marketing, Media or Business

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and undertake various administrative duties

  • Ability to communicate with people at all levels in a professional and mature manner

  • A knowledge of the entertainment industry

  • Available to start working full time from Monday 10th June 2024
