Based in our Dublin Office, as the Disney+ Ireland Marketing Intern, you will be involved in a wide range of campaigns designed to drive the success of Disney+ in Ireland. You will be in a supportive role, assisting the Disney+ marketing functions, primarily including Brand Marketing, but also Digital Marketing and PR. You will work across campaigns and ad-hoc projects, whilst simultaneously building your skillset to lay the foundations for your future marketing career. This opportunity will require you to be on-site four days a week.
Areas of Responsibility:
Assisting with Irish campaigns, including briefing creative and managing approval & delivery of assets.
Monitoring various trackers, including those for campaigns, social assets and finance, to ensure activity is kept up to date.
Management of social asset approvals with legal & creative teams.
Meeting handling, including agenda forming, note-taking, re-scheduling, and general information updates.
Create briefs to send to partners to be used for activity across sponsorship credits, radio stings, live reads, and editorial.
Attend weekly status calls with our long-term partners to assist across various elements of the partnership.
Provide support with the management and delivery of social and digital media assets for use on all Disney+ campaigns and organic social calendars.
Assisting the Digital Marketing Manager with postings across our social platforms.
Leading on the uploading of unlisted YouTube videos for the team.
Supporting on appropriate publicity & communications activity.
Raising of Purchase Orders (POs) on SAP, managing PO queries and maintenance of finance trackers.
Work closely with our UK and Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) teams to stay up to date on all Disney+ activities.
General admin duties.
MUST be an undergraduate returning to full time education in Autumn 2025
MUST have the right to work in (Republic of) Ireland
Be studying towards a related degree e.g. Marketing, Media or Business
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and undertake various administrative duties
Ability to communicate with people at all levels in a professional and mature manner
A knowledge of the entertainment industry
Available to start working full time from Monday 10th June 2024
