ABC11/WTVD, the ABC-Owned Television station in Raleigh-Durham-Fayetteville, North Carolina, has an immediate opening for a photojournalist to work in a multi-platform newsroom. The candidate will have experience in daily, local news gathering.

Responsibilities:
Shoot/Edit video for a multi-platform newsroom (linear, digital, streaming, etc.). You will also be responsible for setting up live shots, work as a team or independently to produce visually compelling content.
Clean driving record and ability to carry 50 pounds of equipment.
Work efficiently under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment with precision and attention to detail.
Ability to adapt to a constantly changing technical environment while maintaining a high level of journalistic excellence from concept to completion.
Team player with a calm demeanor to troubleshoot under pressure.
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum of two years of experience shooting/editing, proficiency in media ingest and management
Thorough knowledge of ENG cameras
Experience setting up live shots and using cellular bonded technology
Familiarity with non-linear edit systems such as Adobe Premiere
Availability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, nights, early mornings, and or overnight
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
