Curate documentation and websites created by teams throughout the studio
Partner with studio stakeholders to establish documentation policies
Maintain and enhance the documentation framework in Confluence, create page and space templates, manage Categories, apply and edit themes
Create style guides showcasing elegant and effective visual approaches to documentation
Provide documentation training for new hires, Production teams, and Departments as needed
Find ways to enhance user experience, identify custom add-ons to the system
Partner with studio web developers to design and integrate macros, scripts, or plugins that address common documentation needs
Incorporate different and innovative documentation solutions, including video and images
3-5 years of experience in a similar role
Deep knowledge of content strategy and documentation best practices
Experience configuring and customizing a content management system like Confluence or MediaWiki
Experience maintaining and customizing Confluence theming tools such as Refined
Passion for information design, clear, effective verbal and visual communication
Excellent communicator, highly organized, proven project-management skills
Confluence macro or plugin development capability
Exposure to the media/entertainment industry
Graphic design/UI design skills
