Job Summary:

D23: The Official Disney Fan Club is looking for a motivated marketing professional with the proven ability to manage multiple projects with efficiency. This team member will support in marketing initiatives that drive customer acquisition and brand awareness. Working with a wide range of business partners, the Associate Marketing Manager will assist in developing and executing high-impact, end-to-end marketing initiatives targeting new and existing Disney fans across multiple channels. The successful candidate will possess a collaborative spirit, have strong attention to detail, and be passionate about creative and brand-building.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing briefs and coordinating the creation of marketing assets for various campaigns, working with Marketing, Events, Social, Production Management, and Graphics teams
  • Trafficking assets, managing timelines, and tracking all aspects of D23 promotional campaigns. Act as point of contact for marketing inquiries and dissemination of brand information and assets
  • Writing and proofreading copy for D23.com posts, D23 emails, and other marketing initiatives
  • Supporting Marketing leads on cross-promotional opportunities with internal Disney partners and third-party partners
  • Preparing Keynote campaign recap presentations that include performance metrics, key learnings and actionable recommendations to present to Leadership team


Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of three years marketing experience at a direct-to-consumer media company or creative agency with an emphasis on brand strategy, creative campaigns, and strategic partnerships
  • Strong background in managing many different projects in various degrees of completion at the same time.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Must be able to work under pressure and within quick timelines
  • Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Well-developed writing and grammatical skills
  • Skilled at visual storytelling and crafting high-quality presentations in Keynote
  • Ability to build and foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Resourceful self-starter, highly organized and able to work cross-functionally, understand key players, communicate effectively and gain alignment.
  • Demonstrated ability to be collaborative, proactive and resourceful

Required Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field or equivalent work experience
