The Executive Assistant will manage daily operations for leaders overseeing Project Management and Creative functions across multiple U.S. business units. This role involves direct interaction with senior executives, handling confidential information, coordinating meetings, preparing presentations, and drafting correspondence. Building strong partnerships and understanding business priorities are essential. The ideal candidate combines exceptional administrative expertise with a positive, solutions-oriented mindset and a commitment to excellence.
You will report to the Director of Project Management and the Director of Creative.
This is an onsite position based out of our Glendale, CA office.
Responsibilities/You Will:
Serve as a key liaison with senior executives and their support teams, fostering strong relationships at all levels
Manage multiple calendars and schedule meetings across time zones
Coordinate conference rooms, video chats, and travel itineraries
Prioritize competing demands and adapt quickly to changing circumstances
Handle highly confidential information with discretion
Prepare reports, summaries, and presentations
Support onboarding for new employees and act as a resource for questions
Mentor other support professionals in technical and interpersonal skills
Manage office supplies, purchase orders, and vendor contracts
Respond to external inquiries and assist other departments as needed
Basic Qualifications/You Have:
Minimum 5 years supporting executives or equivalent experience
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, Confluence, Concur, and Windows environment
Ability to maintain composure under pressure and handle sensitive information
High emotional intelligence and collaborative approach
Flexibility to adjust schedule when needed
Professional demeanor with a positive, can-do attitude
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience at The Walt Disney Company
Experience working in a large public corporation
Preferred Education:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

The hiring range for this position in California is $54,000.00 to $72,300.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
