Job Summary:

The Manager, Finance of Walt Disney Games, will be responsible for management of financial planning process and additional ad hoc analysis supporting revenue growth initiatives. In close partnership with business, the position will provide financial and strategic analysis support to Walt Disney Games team and will help drive the business in delivering on financial goals.


  • Manage Games financial planning process including the Annual Operating Plan, Five Year Plan, and quarterly forecasts:
    • Full responsibility for driving forecast discussions, preparing and communicating key drivers to finance and business leads
    • Partner closely with business teams to incorporate slate and product updates to forecast
    • Actively participate in quarter-close processes and highlighting quarterly key performance drivers
    • Work with licensees for quarterly forecast updates
    • Manage and develop key financial and KPI models (weekly mobile revenue reporting, labor model)
  • This role will also play an instrumental role in assessing the financial viability of new business deals and games greenlight process
  • Manage and develop staff through development feedback and career development
  • Stay current with digital gaming industry and technology trends, and the evolution of competitive landscape

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of financial planning experience required with demonstrated forecasting, budgeting and analysis knowledge
  • Attention to detail, ability to create decks for leadership and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Track record of working independently and delivering results in a highly organized manner
  • Executive presence and ability to interact with senior executives, as well as all other levels of individuals within an organization
  • Outstanding communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to drive and lead projects, multi-task to meet deadlines, and manage junior analyst staff
  • Collaborative and enjoys working with peers across a products and regions in a global team
  • Excellent MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • General knowledge and interest in digital media, gaming industry

Required Education

  • Bachelor’s degree required (preferably in Finance or equivalent)
