The Partner Marketing Manager develops global integrated marketing support strategies and plans for key publishing licensing partners with a focus on digital experiences. You will touch multiple brands and franchises within the Disney, Pixar, Star Wars, Marvel, National Geographic and 20th Century Fox portfolios of publishing, digital products and experiences. Digital Experiences partners span the digital, print, and learning categories across products for kids and adults.

You will report directly to the Senior Manager, Partner Marketing Strategy within Disney Publishing Worldwide and will support key partners in successfully creating and implementing go-to-market plans that build brand awareness, engage consumers, and drive conversions.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage a portfolio of partners/products, overseeing the success of their new releases / go-to-market plans.
  • Manage daily partner marketing including reviewing marketing plans, providing feedback, providing assets, feedback and approvals, helping partners navigate opportunities internally and overall ensuring that the partner is supported based on tier.
  • Build amplification plans leveraging owned messaging channels.
  • Serve as the brand ambassador for TWDC brands and franchises with licensees, focused on providing first party insights.
  • Create and compile marketing campaign measurements, assets and social placements for all campaigns.

You will have:

  • 5+ years' experience in a marketing role, ideally working on adult or children's books, entertainment, consumer products, or licensing or digital experiences.
  • Digital, CRM and Social Media experience
  • Proficiency in KeyNote/PowerPoint
  • Previous product/ brand management experience, product launch experience or social/community marketing campaigns.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience in publishing
  • The ability to creatively tell a story in a compelling way based on qualitative/quantitative data
