- This role is considered hybrid, which means the employee will work a portion of their time on-site from a Company designated location and the remainder of their time remotely.

Job Summary:

This is an intermediate-level position that requires a good understanding of participations and key talent deal terms. Senior Contract Reporting are expected to have a good understanding of area of specialization and use best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products or services. They solve complex problems, work independently with minimal guidance, and act as a resource for colleagues with less experience and are flexible to a changing business environment.


Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Prepare external financial/contractual reporting statements
  • Provide talent reporting by analyzing deal terms as outlined in negotiated agreements
  • Manage and support the integrity and development of third-party reporting through front of house system queries and reconciliations to the general ledger (SAP)
  • Advanced reporting review and analysis of high-profile titles to ensure output and payment adheres to contractual terms
  • Prepare contract briefs by analyzing deal terms as outlined in individually negotiated agreements
  • Reconciliation of payments to the general ledger and Ultimate projections by title
  • Support various levels of management on ad hoc projects as required
  • Communication with all business and legal units to ensure data requirements are delivered in an accurate and timely manner
  • System testing and implementation of new process improvements
  • Training of other staff

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years relevant accounting experience preferred
  • Microsoft Office experience; advanced Excel skills preferred

  • Experienced professional with an understanding of area of specialization; resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways
  • Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market
  • Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience; may lead small projects with manageable risks and resource requirements
  • Typically works complex assignments, tasks, and projects requiring independent initiative.
  • Uses independent judgment requiring in-depth analysis of variable factors. Collaborates with senior professionals in selection of methods, techniques, and analytical approach
  • May handle escalated issues
  • Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective on existing solutions; exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information
  • Resource integrator – builds professional networks and identifies and connects resources to achieve goals. Regularly contributes actionable ideas in brainstorming and planning sessions.
  • May maintain communications with both internal and external contacts

Required Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
