Ad Platforms is responsible for Disney’s industry-leading ad technology and products – driving advertising performance, innovation, and value in Disney’s sports, news, and entertainment content, across all media platforms. As a Senior Product Manager II, you will help redefine TV advertising. You will be responsible for establishing the strategy and drive execution to establish the future of Disney's CTV automated marketplaces and programmatic business. This candidate will have the ability to identify business value, solve complex problems, concisely articulate solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders, and ultimately drive results. Responsibilities

  • Drive product strategy and plan for the our platform, including initiatives tied to guaranteed and non-guaranteed transactions, auction mechanics, yield-driven optimizations and programmatic tooling

  • Own product roadmap and prioritization framework, taking into account value identification, cost savings and progress against the broader business strategy

  • Maintain expected standards across the team for product specifications, backlog health, and consumable user stories for engineering partners

  • Evaluate and recommend investments to maximize the financial results of the product portfolio

  • Enumerate and identify clear business critical metrics for setting annualized objectives and collaborate with key stakeholders, including sales, GTM and financial planning to drive results

  • Collaborate with other product managers to drive innovation in platform services including core ad serving, ad experiences, yield optimization, audience and data, operational data store and BI

  • Partner with external partners and internal teams (Sales, Business Development, Ad / Tech Ops, Billing) to understand the use cases needed to support the programmatic channel and drive marketplace alignment

  • Partner with the Engineering organization to execute against the product roadmap, delivering on the needs of the business

  • Partner with the Platform Operations teams to optimize the ongoing health and financial viability of our product line

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of product management experience supporting large enterprise client/s

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and/or equivalent work experience

  • Extensive knowledge of programmatic advertising, including SSPs, DSPs, header bidding, and SSAI

  • Proven experience and success in a product role with the ability to demonstrate a record of success

  • A deep compassion for users, and the ability to creatively tackle problems with a viewer-first mentality

  • Ability to interact with a diverse set of tech and non-tech partners

  • Ability to influence, collaborate, and deliver solutions in a sophisticated, always-changing environment

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Masters Degree in a related field, and/or related certification/s

  • Direct experience working within a large enterprise technology organization, or digital media company

The hiring range for this position in Los Angeles, CA is $152,200 to $204,100 per year, in Seattle, WA and New York, NY is $159,500 to $213,900 per year, and in San Francisco, CA is $166,800 to $223,600 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
