Job Summary:

The Senior Manager, Digital Marketing will serve as the central member of the overall marketing team that is responsible for the guidance and coordination of digital campaigns with the numerous territories where Disney+ is live around the world.

In this role, you will be responsible for the overall coordination of Disney+ digital marketing for our brand and content campaigns. This will require working hand-in-hand with our domestic partners as well as the local digital teams in these territories. Your ability to both manage and influence numerous campaigns at once, as well as possessing a deep understanding of digital behavior in these territories, will be critical.

In addition, this role will require an incredible amount of project management experience, as you will be consistently tasked with the localization and delivery of numerous digital assets. This will require a strong background not only working with international marketing teams, but also agencies and in-house creative teams in order to deliver on this.

The ideal candidate for this role should possess a significant understanding of the international digital landscape, as well a proven track record for working in a highly-matrixed global media organization. You should possess a discernible passion for guiding and ultimately driving digital marketing campaigns on a global basis, as well as helping shape a new business in a rapidly growing state.


  • Communicate daily with both internal partners and the local digital teams in each territory about active digital marketing campaigns. Report back to domestic teams on both cadence and performance of all global digital marketing activities.
  • Coordinate the release and delivery of digital assets and executions for all global campaigns. Maintain extensive calendars and marketing plans, and share these on a daily basis with various stakeholders within the domestic marketing team.
  • Influence and guide digital campaigns with the various digital teams in local territories. Augment and grow these campaigns where needed, and coordinate and leverage domestic digital marketing resources in order to do so.
  • Work with the various territories to create localized versions of all digital assets from our domestic digital marketing campaigns. In turn, manage all agencies or in-house creatives needed in order to achieve this goal on a regular basis.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the streaming, SVOD, or media industries
  • Extensive knowledge of digital properties globally
  • A deep understanding of international territories and marketing to consumers in different regions
  • Extremely detail orientated and highly involved in process and systems for marketing
  • Innate ability to manage multiple digital marketing campaigns simultaneously
  • Extremely detail orientated and highly involved in process and systems for marketing
  • Leadership experience in a highly matrixed organization

Required Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably a focus in marketing
