The Sr Manager, Finance Learning and Engagement will strategize, design, and execute efforts that advance TWDC’s Finance organization in the context of our Enterprise Finance Transformation efforts. This person will lead work intended to create career opportunities and professional development for our global teams during a time of rapid change. The individual also leads the Enterprise Mentor Program, and will be responsible for the operations of the Accounting & Finance Rotation Program. The individual will lead a team that operates across functions and partner with other team members supporting complementary programs (e.g. Upskilling & Leadership development programs, career guides, DE&I initiatives).
Set the strategy and lead the training, planning and execution of programs to engage our TWDC Finance community to support our Finance Transformation efforts
Lead the Enterprise Mentorship Program for Finance, supporting its over 2,000 participants and managing all communications, evaluations, activities and events
Serve as Sr Program Manager for the Accounting & Finance Rotation Program (AFRP), planning and executing the program’s strategies and managing the its success, in partnership with Talent Acquisition and HRBP’s
Conduct analyses of Finance training needs with a focus on Transformation; coordinate and/or facilitate learning programs, in partnership with HR Corporate & Enterprise Learning design and the Finance Transformation Office, that support training objectives and needs
Deploy meaningful communications for the organization regarding programs and content
Engage, influence, and update key stakeholders of Finance Engagement programs (Executives, HRBPs, HR Learning and Development, Operating Committees)
