Job Summary:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Process regular operations in ILS system, such as audit assignment, audit cancellation, etc.
  • Recommend data elements to extract and ways in which to organize the data in order to provide audit firm performance monitoring supports.
  • Analyze monitoring plan data, review learnings from current plan and recommend options for new plan.
  • Conduct research and analysis on internal and external data resources to develop monitoring plan, included but not limited to historical audit data and monitoring team capacity.
  • Support ILS management and other team members in a variety of needs, such as refining training materials, data cleaning on Share Point.

Basic Qualifications:

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • Fluent in Chinese, familiar with business English reading.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office programs – Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, PowerBI etc.
  • Proficient at excel (data sorting, formulas, query, etc.) is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and follow through.

  • Quick learner


    REQUIRED EDUCATION
Year 3 or 4, undergraduate
