Job Summary:

This role implements the day-to-day production schedules and acts as first line of support for the shopDisney sites EMEA.

Responsibilities:

An operational role with day-to-day responsibility for:
  • The optimisation of defined tools and functions within Sales Force Commerce Cloud,
  • The production of e-commerce data, ensuring all category and product information is correct across all sites,
  • Setting replication schedules to promote changes in line with the trading calendar​,
  • Overseeing the end-to-end product data enrichment processes,​
  • Implementing product setting data feeds, custom preferences, job schedules, and site configuration​,
  • The end-to-end site integration processes​,
  • Third party integrations and site optimisation,
  • Ad-hoc support to other team members as necessary for the effective operation of the sites.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Degree in an e-commerce/business related subject, beneficial, or previous experience within an e-commerce retail environment, beneficial,
  • Understanding of e-commerce trading and best practice, beneficial,
  • Understanding of user experience, web usability and web analytics, advantageous,
  • Experience of Omniture or similar programme, advantageous,
  • Content management experience using either Demandware or IBM Websphere, desirable.
  • Excellent planning and prioritisation skills,
  • Accuracy and attention to detail,
  • Ability to manage priorities to meet deadlines,
  • Ability to work and thrive within a matrix organisation across multiple markets,
  • Commercial mind-set,
  • Ability to adapt and be flexible in a changing environment,
  • JIRA/Confluence/Salesforce Commerce Cloud/Adobe software, advantageous,
  • Excellent communication skills with strong written and spoken English for business use, essential. Professional proficiency in other European languages, beneficial,
  • Computer literate with high level of proficiency of MS Office package (Outlook, Excel, Word),
  • Cultural sensitivity and an understanding of local markets across EMEA.
