Job Summary:

As part of a team of 6 engineers and technical managers under the responsibility of the Engineering Manager, you will participate in the design and modification of audiovisual systems to improve and sustain the site's facilities.
You will play a key role in ensuring the satisfaction of our visitors and perpetuating the Disney magic, while respecting our five keys: Safety, Courtesy, Inclusion, Spectacle and Efficiency.


- Develop technical specifications for the replacement of audiovisual systems and background music,
- Carry out projects for the rehabilitation of installations, from the analysis of the existing to the commissioning, respecting costs and deadlines, and ensuring the training of operational teams,
- Ensure that the technical documentation of the equipment and attractions under your responsibility is kept up to date and in the audiovisual field,
- Participate in various projects to improve safety, reliability and maintainability,
- Be a force of proposal to answer the best to the problems of our partners, in the respect of the procedures and standards in force,
- Provide expertise on the proper functioning of equipment and convince when making technical choices,
- Analyze malfunctions and decide as quickly as possible on the technical measures to be taken to make the facilities operational,
- Validate technical modifications to the attractions,
- Share technical elements and best practices with other Disney parks,
- To be a player in the technological watch.

Basic Qualifications:

- Ideally with a BTS, DUT Electronics or Audiovisual, with a minimum of 5 years experience in electronics dedicated to Audio and Video or ideally with a minimum of 3 years experience in a design office dedicated to Audio and Video.

- Mastery of :
o Audio (Analog and digital signal processing, Protocols, Processing, Intercom, Public Address, ...),
o Video (Analog and digital signal processing, Video projections, CCTV),
o Show Controls (Programming logic, ...),
o Office suite

- Languages: fluent French (C1) required and advanced English (B2) desired.
- Flexible hours day/evening/night and occasional technical on-call missions on weekends.

Preferred Qualifications:

o Hardware such as "Alcorn McBride", "Dynacord Promatrix", "Peavey" or "QSC" and their associated languages as well as protocols such as "AES67", "CobraNET", "Dante" or "QLAN",
o In computer networks,
o AutoCAD suite
