Job Summary:

Disneyland Paris generates the majority of its revenue from the sale of stays and park tickets and has embarked on an expansion plan for Disney Parks, making the distribution of these products a major challenge for Disneyland Paris.
In order to adapt to the globalization of online tourism distribution, the sales development team is looking for a Key Account Manager for OTAs (Online Travel Agencies) to manage certain partners previously managed locally by the various European sales offices.

As an OTA Key Account Manager, you will work in support of the Indirect Sales Development Manager EMEA, and you will manage a portfolio of OTA clients whose revenues you will develop and complement our direct sales via disneylandparis.com.


Responsibilities:

- Manage a portfolio of OTA clients: commercial relationship with partners, contract negotiations, analysis of results and achievement of objectives set by the manager.
- Negotiate marketing campaigns and animate partners' web pages in coordination with our marketing teams.
- Identify new areas of development / partners to develop sales through good data monitoring and constant monitoring of market developments and partner needs.
- Connectivity monitoring: support partners in the development and/or daily monitoring of connectivity with internal teams to develop partners' upsell capacity in a context of increasing revenues.
- Ensure a good commercial relationship with the European sales offices, Marketing and Revenue management teams with a sharing of information and best practices used.


Basic Qualifications:

Ideally Master 2, DESS, Grandes Ecoles Bac +4/5 specialized in digital/commercial with at least 5 years of digital commercial experience in tourism or leisure.
A first experience in an online travel agency is required, as well as a good knowledge of online distribution networks (practices, key operators...).
You master negotiation techniques, development and sales animation. Your interpersonal skills and your enthusiasm allow you to communicate easily, efficiently and to influence both directly and in project team mode.
Strongly results and solution oriented, your initiative and analytical skills allow you to create opportunities by demonstrating benefits, adjusting initiatives and achieving set objectives.
Your organization and your ability to step back will allow you to prioritize and implement the best actions.
You have a good command of the office package (reporting, presentations, etc.) and you must be fluent (oral and written) in French (C1 advanced) and in English (B2 intermediate advanced), ideally with experience abroad (work or study).
