Reporting to the Hotel Director, you will supervise and federate operational teams (10 to 12 managers), guarantee the level of service quality promised to the hotel's guests and optimize the results of the business by ensuring compliance with Disney standards.
With a strategic sense, you are a motivating and inspiring leader who will support the teams in their leadership role as well as in the transformation of the company and future projects, all in a collaboration mindset with key partners, external and/or internal.
Contribute to the strategic directions and the identification of issues specific to your area of responsibility
Participate in the development and construction of the annual operating plan and control the budget allocated to the Hotel
Deliver the expected results and optimize time, propose relevant actions aiming at improving these results
Support, manage, drive and participate to projects and initiatives put in place within your areas of responsibility and/or the Division and monitor the results.
Develop offers or services in order to anticipate and meet clients’ needs
Manage and supervise your team’s activities and missions (managers, etc.)
Monitor and evaluate the actions and performance of your employees and encourage their professional development.
Promote relations and constructive collaboration with all support, business lines and/or product partners.
Explain and ensure, within your scope, compliance with the legal and conventional rules, Company’s HR policies and contribute to maintain a good social environment in collaboration with the support functions.
The keys to your success?
You have a minimum of 10 years of management experience as a Senior Manager / Operations Manager in an environment of similar size.
A significant experience in the high-end hotel industry is essential.
Ideally, you hold a Master’s Degree in Management
A Bachelor's degree could be sufficient if your professional experience is relevant and in line with the expectations for this role.
Your French and English are fluent (C1 minimum)
You are a proficient user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
You demonstrate flexibility in terms of working hours to ensure operations run smoothly (weekend work and potentially night shifts)
