Job Summary:

Disney is seeking a bold creative leader with great ideas, brilliant design talent and passion for innovation. The Creative manager will build an amazing portfolio of innovative products and services ensuring creative excellence for the Disney Consumer Products Indonesia. You will be reporting to the Country Hear - Disney Consumer Products.

Tell me about the role? Get me excited!
You are a visionary. You are task to deliver out-of-the-box ideas and creative vision and to define creative and product development strategies for consumer products and retail. You would work closely with category team to meet financial targets through licensees’ development of compelling products. You are responsible to develop creative proposals to be used to pitch to potential partners. You will develop seasonal trends and strategy to improve product designs of partners and licensees. In spite of all, YOU are a brand champion to task with the creation of locally relevant ‘unique’ products across the portfolios of brands - Disney, Pixar, Star Wars & Marvel!

And lastly, a business minded person with strong project management and analytic skills capable of meeting deadlines.

Basic Qualifications:

What qualifications are essential?
You must have at least 10+ years hands-on design experience as Creative Manager in an established company. You have a degree in art, design or similar field with excellent working knowledge of design software.
