Guest Support Representative (Work from Home Anywhere in British Columbia)

The Guest Support Representative creates exceptional Disney experiences by turning each interaction over email, phone or live chat into a meaningful connection with our guests. Support includes resolving guest issues, assisting with product questions, managing guest accounts, and responding to fans – all from the comfort of your own home! The (Remote) Guest Support Representative role operates within the Guest Experience department (GX) of Disney Consumer Products and Interactive Media (DCPI), supporting various Digital games, apps and experiences from a variety of Disney Brands.

Responsibilities

Provides general email and support on a daily basis that requires:
  • Extensive product knowledge
  • Accurate and detailed account management
  • Adaptability
Provides general live chat and phone support on a regular basis that requires:
  • Extensive product knowledge
  • Accurate and detailed account management
  • Product related experiences including role-play
Maintain a safe environment and ensure a positive experience for players and parents
  • Process moderation reports, including social media moderations
  • Process account names
  • Process UGC submissions
Maintains technical proficiency through continuous research and development in regard to pop culture and in game information/policies

Manages all communications in a timely and professional manner

Basic Qualifications

Required Education

  • High school diploma
