The Technical Packaging Manager, Sustainability role provides leadership opportunities and overall management of file set up, final art and design production for Vertical and Licensing packaging. You will handle projects at all levels of complexity.

You will report to the Senior Manager of Technical Packaging

You Will:

  • Partner with Structural Engineers and Graphic Designers for Packaging and Branding to advocate for and develop sustainable packaging solutions that encompasses trend, consumer insights, and Studio and Franchise initiatives
  • Work with Franchise Strategy, Product Design, Sourcing, Product Integrity, and Graphic Designers for Packaging & Branding, to create sustainability focused final packaging mechanicals on time and on budget
  • Collaborate with Graphic Design team for Packaging & Branding and Operations to expedite and streamline delivery of production art layouts for both Vertical and Licensing priorities
  • Display yourself as a fresh and inventive creative thinker
  • Demonstrate awareness of sustainable marketplace trends in packaging
  • Be a strong team player
  • Lead teams through fast paced environment
  • Exhibit ingenuity, creativity, and resourcefulness

You Have:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Design, Packaging and/or Production
  • 8 years of related work experience in Design, Packaging and/or Production
  • High proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Keynote
  • Able to clearly communicate, present, and sell creative ideas both in formal and informal settings.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and negotiation skills, attention to detail a must
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and people management skills
