Job Summary:

We are looking for an F&B Systems Initiative Manager who has a passion for systems, data, and who will help provide insights and applicable plans that are achievable for operations and continue to improve goals. You will support the F&B DO&S Organization in activities associated with daily inventory and recipe system support, process improvement, recipe development, resource allocation, and interactions with internal partners to ensure quality, efficiency, and excellence, across the various F&B systems of record.

Responsibilities:

  • Data integrity across various systems and partners
  • System administration
  • Product and recipe standards, accuracy and consistency
  • Alignment and integration of key systems initiatives
  • A foundation for future success via process improvement

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience working with inventory management systems (e.g., NALA, Symphony GOLD)
  • Experience working with recipe management systems (e.g., ARIEL)
  • Demonstrated Ability to drive projects from discovery to completion
  • Previous direct reports and demonstrated leadership ability
  • Ability to tell stories and deliver recommendations
  • Develop plans for data cleansing
  • Understanding of Supply Chain processes from Sourcing, Procurement, and Warehouse/Distribution Services to Location Inventory Management

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Symphony GOLD Central Inventory Management Systems experience
  • 3+ Years leadership experience

Required Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

Preferred Education

  • Master’s Degree
