GENERAL ROLE DESCRIPTION: 

This position is responsible for providing a broad range of project support for the implementation of Workday, The Walt Disney Company’s digital platform to support HR Transformation.  Responsibilities may include testing, data validation, training, and other project related assignments.  

Responsibilities 

  • Review and prepare data for testing 

  • Perform testing of Workday business processes 

  • Validate integration of data between Workday and SAP HR systems 

  • Responsible for extracting and analyzing data to support business processes 

  • Assist with the development and/or delivery of end user training 

  • Foster teamwork and inclusivity to achieve team and project goals 

 

Basic Qualifications: 

  • Experience with SAP or Workday, including hands-on knowledge of transactions and infotypes (Org Management and/or Employee Life Events) 

  • Prior experience in testing system enhancements and validating data 

  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information 

  • Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative manner with team members in various time zones 

  • Demonstrated ability to adjust to change in a positive, productive manner 

  • Ability to balance and respond to competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 

  • Possess a natural curiosity to understand and question the business process 

  • Outstanding attention to detail and ownership of tasks and deliverables 

  • Ability to multi-task and follow up independently  

  • Demonstrated problem-solving ability and willingness to analyze system issues and determine resolution 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with proven experience in MS Excel and/or Smartsheet applications 

  • Ability to be flexible with schedule, including weekends and holidays, when necessary

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • 2 years HRIS experience 

  • Previous work experience with data integrations

  • Prior experience within HR, Organization Management, or Workforce Management 

Required Education: 

  • High School Diploma or equivalent 

 

Preferred Education: 

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent
