Principle Technical Product Manager | Supply Chain

We drive product strategy, concept development, and driving these initiatives in collaboration with our Merchandise and Food & Beverage Supply Chain partners. As the Principal Technical Product Manager, you will understand the business and technical capabilities, identify gaps and deliver product roadmaps for new capabilities. You are collaborative, able to work successfully in a matrix organization while wearing multiple hats, be comfortable working autonomously. Adept at synthesizing a variety of technologies and capabilities into high quality, simple products, and applications. Be a liaison to development, implementation, and support teams as well as support projects, improvements, backlog and prioritization of features and capabilities.

  • Leads product roadmap in terms of prioritizing initiatives relative to business needs and project size

  • Works with project team, business and partners to align roadmaps and strategy, understands issues, define requirements, guide work, schedule it for release, validate responses and solutions.

  • Ensures requirements are aligned to the business goals of the project and refined to a sufficient level of detail to allow Architects and Software Engineers to design, develop and implement appropriate solutions

  • Participates in reviews and sign-offs on solution designs, ensuring business requirements are verified, validated and delivered

  • Maintain relationships with multiple vendors providing support to Commercial off the Shelf (COTS) and Software as a Service (SaaS) products

  • Handles project interdependencies in support of business strategies, roadmaps and financial commitments

  • Participates in functional design, construction and testing

  • Assists in identifying and handling risks, issues and dependencies

  • Assists in third party/vendor assessments and reviews contracts to ensure that they accurately support business requirements

Required

  • 10+ years of product management experience

  • Minimum 5 year technical product knowledge in Supply Chain

  • Deep Supply Chain experience from Planning through Warehouse Delivery.

  • Experience leading discussions with senior leaders across business and technology

  • Experience driving product strategy and optimization efforts for supply chain spanning multiple lines of business (Merchandise/Food & Beverage).

  • Understanding of Agile technical practices, DevOps and testing concepts (CI/CD, TDD)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration or similar field or related work experience

Preferred

  • Prior experience with Blue Yonder preferred.

  • Experience with the implementation of demand/supply forecasting using AI/ML.

  • Experience implementing Supply Chain Data Integration Platforms
