Guests visit the Walt Disney World Resort to experience a magical vacation and our Guests staying on a Resort Concierge Club Level expect an elevated level of service. As a Resort Hospitality H/H– Club Level Lounge, you will anticipate our Guests needs and tailor the service you deliver within an lounge environment. Successful candidates are able to interact with Guests, remember names & preferences to provide a personalized level of service. Successful candidates also demonstrate a willingness to provide humble and gracious service in order to make our Guests feel at home.

Resort Hospitality H/H Cast Members receive a starting rate of $13.00/hour.

Cast Members in Club Level Lounge locations are responsible for delivering friendly anticipatory guest service personalized to each Guest’s unique preferences throughout their stay. This role will involve high levels of Guest engagement and partnership with Concierge and Food & Beverage teams with a focus on monitoring the Club lounge for seating availability, service, food safety, and cleanliness. In addition to providing a refined premium experience for our Guests, Cast Members working in these locations will have Food & Beverage related duties and must have a focus on both food and beverage serving and clearing knowledge. You may handle and serve food products including but not limited to meat, meat products, pork, shellfish, egg, dairy, gluten, soy, and nut products. Responsibilities will also include working from a small kitchen environment through food and beverage serving (including alcohol), dish clearing/cleaning, use of dishwashing machine, and light custodial duties. Hospitality H/H are expected to stand, and walk for an extended period of time and must be able to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects 25 lbs or less on their own. This role is a high guest interaction role that utilizes strong verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. This role is suited to Cast Members who are self-starters and able to demonstrate team work.

Basic Qualifications

  • Demonstrated high-level Guest service skills and Guest engagement
  • Demonstrated strong verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage, prioritize, and deliver on multiple responsibilities efficiently
  • Strong attention to detail and demonstrated follow through skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to work in a small kitchen environment
  • Compliance with food safety training and food handling duties
  • Willingness and ability to serve alcoholic beverages
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time
  • Part-Time roles require FULL AVAILABILITY for any shift, a minimum of (3) three days per week.

Required Education

  • High school diploma or GED

Additional Information:

SCHEDULE AVAILABILTY: Our Theme Parks and Resort Hotels operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and some shifts may start as early as 5:00am while some may end as late as 3:00am, 4:00am or 5:00am. Please note that the principles of seniority are used to schedule all roles.
