At Walt Disney World, we build memories, and as Senior Manager, Product Strategy & Integration, you will be leading the development and execution of commercial product strategies and initiatives, through content integration, encouraging millions of Guests to experience our Parks and Resorts. You would lead the development of our site's long term franchise product plans and pivotal initiatives delivering business, Cast, and Guest growth goals, using business analytics, as well as consumer and industry insights and trends.
The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, inquisitive, confident, self-directed, and comfortable working with and communicating to leaders at all levels in the organization.
If selected for this role, you will report to the Director- Walt Disney World Commercial Strategy-Franchise Management.
This is a Full-Time position.

Every single day is energizing as the Senior Manager, Product Strategy & Integration. On any given day you may:
Develop franchise strategies and integration opportunities for our products and experiences, given The Walt Disney Company priorities and content slate, as well as Site audience priorities.
Serve as the resident expert on Site audience/franchise product and experience needs and insights providing input into future Guest experience investments supporting Disney differentiation.
Orchestrate an organized and shared understanding of The Walt Disney Company franchise priorities and resulting Site Guest-facing content pipeline plans, by collaborating across the entire Commercial Strategy organization and key team members across the organization.
Develop new, incremental business opportunities related to company franchise and content integration across lines of business, by analyzing internal and external trends, performing comprehensive market assessments to evaluate competitive positioning
Host conceptualization sessions and recurring forums, working closely with cross-functional partners, and building a sophisticated and compelling case to gain support from senior leadership.
Flawlessly implement sophisticated initiative go-to-market / launch plans through successful project management, customer influence and planning.
Lead or participate in large cross-functional forums as a catalyst for change and champion for alignment contributing to short- and long-term initiatives supporting planned Site growth.
Lead a dynamic and forward-thinking team responsible for driving franchise Product innovation and prioritizing multifaceted, often cross-property activations with various key partners including Live Entertainment, Food & Beverage, and Merchandise. This team is often a primary liaison between Walt Disney World and The Walt Disney Company content usage/timelines and prioritization.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
At least eight plus years of proven experience in business development, brand management, finance, marketing, innovation, strategy, or franchise management
At least five plus years in a leadership role with direct reports and managing projects with teams
A creative, entrepreneurial spirit with business development and product strategy experience
Proven financial and analytical competence with the ability to lead sophisticated work within a matrix organization producing long-term strategies and delivering profitable initiatives
Experience developing cohesive, succinct and actionable strategies using disparate and sophisticated consumer-led insights from cross-functional sources
High emotional intelligence with a shown ability to build positive relationships and deliver results across various teams
A gift for translating sophisticated problems into elegant solutions, articulating compelling stories
Ability to deliver presentations with poise, confidence and authentic style to senior executive leaders
Proven track record managing a large volume of complex work, effectively and efficiently, prioritizing continually to ensure business results are achieved
Have an eye for business working with Profit & Loss, annual operating plans, and interpreting & communicating data
Preferred Qualifications:
Deep expertise in consumer products, theme parks, and/or resorts industries
Proven leadership capabilities within a matrix organization, especially with the ability to large teams and integrated partners
An entrepreneurial spirit and ability to drive effective risk-taking and big innovative thinking
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Industrial Engineering, Marketing or other quantitative field or equivalent
