Hong Kong Disneyland Resort is now hiring Interns for Hotel Operations Team. This is an amazing opportunity to work side-by-side with industry leaders in your field of study. Responsibilities
Hotel Operations Integration
Provide Cast Engagement support on “Managing Service Quality” program – a quality assurance program, mobilizing operation teams to identify defects and derive root cause; strategize on quick wins and suggest long term solution to improve operation efficiencies
Assist on the preparation of launching in-house Mystery Shopper Program
Conduct audits to measure new processes implemented
Monitor progresses on new projects and find ways to address potential issues; measure and report on project performances
Recreation
Leverage data from Consumer Insight and Industrial Engineering to understand relevancy of recreation and the impact it has on a staycation experience, in both our facilities and activities offerings
Conduct market research on Local Benchmarking
Evaluate the latest Recreation Strategy and provide recommendations based on findings
Provide solutions how to effective attain cost-efficiency to sustain Local Market position and well prepare for tourism rebound
Support operation in needed
Participate in different meeting, projects and provide appropriate assistance
Requirements
Current university students major in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administrations or any other related disciplines
Energetic, strong team-players and passionate about Disney
Excellent command of English and Chinese, including both spoken Cantonese and Putonghua
Have the right of abode in Hong Kong SAR
Available to commit full time internship from June to August 2023 (3 months Internship), students who are available to take study break will be offered a 6 months Internship
Previous work experience at Disney theme parks will be considered as an added advantage
