- This role is considered on-site, which means the employee will work from a Company designated location on an ongoing basis.
Compile weekly/monthly reports and provide insights on revenue and related KPIs
Develop detailed revenue projections for Long Term Plan, Annual Operating Plan and periodic Forecasts
Proactively engage and consult with internal clients as key contacts for business needs enquiries
Support business partners to provide revenue projections and support the development of new product ideas and/or initiatives
Formulate pricing strategies for annual and adhoc price changes, that are supported by price benchmarking and analyses
Develop predictive demand and revenue models and measurement methodologies to predict performances of promotions and initiate appropriate recommendations
Bachelor degree in Statistics, Math, Business, Engineering, Finance, or related discipline.
At least 4 year of experience in data analysis, business analysis, revenue forecast. Experience in retail industry would be advantageous.
Solid business acumen, strong analytical, quantitative skills, statistic experience and proven capability in identifying issues and proposing practical business analysis and solution
Proficiency with statistical regression modelling / machine learning, including Python, SAS, R, or other similar languages a plus.
Proficiency in organizing, manipulating, and mining large datasets. Experience in database and visualization tools, including SAP BO, SQL, Power BI, Tableau a plus.
Demonstrated strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work with people at different levels and functions in the organization
Excellent partnership, interpersonal, presentation, and communications skills
Demonstrated strong sense of responsibility and the ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple priorities.
Fluent in English and Chinese.
