Manage and coordinate multi-channel CRM-campaigns (WeChat, emails, SMS, mobile app & social ad) to maximize commercial opportunities by partnering with internal Business Units, Market Strategy Team, Digital & Social Team, Magic Access Team, Consumer Database Team, e-commerce Team and external agencies. Solid experience in managing WeChat official account, corresponding CRM journeys, campaigns and database is a must.
Execute multi-channel CRM-campaigns by coordinating the campaign calendar, content, creatives, subject lines, dynamic content, landing pages, analytics, segment engagement, personalization and target audiences. Including browser/device testing and A/B testing of targeting & contents.
Implement tracking & reporting mechanisms to measure and improve campaign effectiveness. Support the CRM program & campaign optimization by reporting and measuring key metrics including WeChat official account follower volumes, campaign click through rate, open rate, conversion rate, unfollow rate, bounce rate, transactions and revenue (theme Park tickets, hotel stays and value added products).
Facilitate the WeChat CRM strategy formulation based on insights & findings.
Job requirement:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Business, Management or Marketing
At least 5 years of relevant marketing experience in CRM & project management
Experiences in planning, delivering, and executing WeChat CRM, email, SMS, mobile app and social ad campaigns, including a good understanding of segmentation, personalization, dynamic contents developments and data privacy regulations in Asia-Pacific.
Experiences in tracking and reporting marketing campaigns, including providing insights and campaign optimizations/recommendations.
Excellent organization, interpersonal, copywriting and communication skills
Strong can-do mind-set & people skills
Hands-on experience in major social platforms including China WeChat, Instagram and Facebook and managing email & mobile app campaigns
Fluent written and spoken English, Chinese
