Develops, implements, and evaluates employee learning & development plans and initiatives or in a combination of disciplines, such as leadership training, talent development program, soft skills training, or e-learning
Facilitate assigned training and ensure effective knowledge and skills transfer. Partnering with both internal & external stakeholders/partners to customize effective and quality learning experiences for cast member
Assess the employee learning & development needs and evaluate the learning outcomes, develops and implement new initiatives, and modify existing offering when necessary
Facilitate and monitor the implementation of learning & development policies and procedures with suggestions for continuous improvement
Act as an internal learning & development consultant/expert to provide professional L&D advice on a company level and partner with different Lines of Business to customize solutions with specific development needs
Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
Good presentation and facilitation skills and passion for the learning & development industry
A great team player with good communication, interpersonal, influencing, and consulting skills
Good organization and project management skills, ability to lead and facilitate different learning initiatives with a committed timeline and schedule
Able to work independently with minimal supervision, strong analytical skills, fast learning, and ability to adapt to a flexible, fast-paced work environment
Computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office software like PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
This is a non-renewable contract, but the contract period will be extended subject to business needs
