- Support the HR Cast Engagement Team to plan, develop, coordinate and implement resort-wise Cast Engagement events and programme which align with company's engagement strategies and business priorities
- Create and develop high quality creative Cast Engagement materials and contents
- Provide logistics support of events and programme for engaging cast members, including but not limited to promotion, enrolment, registration etc.
- Work effectively with internal and external stakeholders on agreed Cast Engagement activities, for example Internal Communications Team and Cast Advisory Council
- Manage the Cast Engagement Event Calendar to ensue all planned events are on track and be able to deliver per agreed timeline
- Prepare reports and recap on resort-wise Cast Engagement programme on regular basis
- Provide other administrative support and coordination for the Cast Engagement team as and when required
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in any discipline. Degree in Human Resources, Employee Relations or Communications an advantage
- Experience in working with cross functional departments, event planning and project management in sizeable organizations, experience in operations a plus
- Good team player with high degree of confidentiality
- Strong organization and multi-tasking skills
- Creative, proactive and willing to accept challenges, and able to work in pressurized time periods
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong in graphic and poster design skills and familiar with basic graphic design software including Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator etc.
- Fluent in both Cantonese and English
