The eCommerce Sales Manager is responsible for implementing the Commercial Strategy (Product / Pricing / Promotions) for Fliggy platform in Mainland China in order to achieve annual business goals for Hong Kong Disneyland. The role includes developing and implementing Products and Online Promotions for Tickets, Hotels, F&B and Merchandise on Fliggy platform, optimizing media content and analyzing platform performance (traffic / conversion / revenue). And this role is also responsible for the Fliggy wholesaler: DingDang commercial plan implementation.
Job responsibilities:
Develop, implement and execute online promotions for Tickets, Hotels, Food & Beverage and Merchandise on Fliggy platform, working with Technology & Digital, Revenue Management & Analytics (RMA) and Marketing
Manage and optimize commercial media content. Participate in mobile / website related projects to facilitate testing and business implementation of new on line features and enhancements
Analyze and optimize Traffic / Conversion / Sales-data to maximize transaction value and propose new promotions and products to grow our Revenue. Manage daily, weekly and monthly sales reports and conduct business presentations with the aim of growing our Digital Direct Channels in Mainland China
Collaborate with internal and external parties to maximize the Guest Experience and increase sales on Fliggy Platform
Build and manage relationships with other Lines Of Business (e.g. Revenue Management, Marketing, Technology & Digital, Corporate Alliances) to ensure an efficient production flow
Manage and optimize a portfolio of Performance Marketing Channels (Affiliate Marketing, Metasearch) and Digital Partnerships (e.g. Hong Kong Tourism Board)
Job requirements:
Bachelor Degree holder in business or related discipline
At least 8 years of experience in eCommerce Retail environment and excellent understanding of eCommerce Trends and Best Practices
Strong commercial mindset and an excellent understanding of media Content Management, Product Configuration and Platform Marketing Processes
A clear understanding of online User Experience, Usability and data Analytics is also required
Excellent planning, organizational and time management skills with an ability to achieve deadlines
Good liaison skills for building internal and external partnerships and managing stakeholders
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Content Management System experience is a requirement
Experience of Adobe Analytics and Tableau (or similar tools) is an advantage
Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
