5-day week at Hong Kong Disneyland Resort:
When operational and business needs allow, our full time Cast Members / employees will be scheduled two days off per week.
To accommodate the thousands of guests arriving every day from all over the world, the Hong Kong Disneyland Resort offers a variety of Food & Beverage options at various quick service and outdoor vending locations across property.
Responsibilities:
Work at one of our receptionist. Responsibilities include:• Handle dining reservations and related Guest enquiries
• Handle pre-arrival dining arrangement for hotel guests by phone or email
• Handle online payment of dining reservation
• Operate TMS systems and applications in an accurate and efficient manner
• Maintain and update daily dining reservation record and statistics properly
Basic Qualifications:
- Ability to speak Cantonese / English / Putonghua. (Non Chinese speaking candidates are welcome).
- Familiar good interpersonal and with international culture communication skills services
Additional Information:
Schedule AvailabilityOur Theme Park and Resort Hotels operate 365 days a year. Candidates will need to work shifts according to a roster that is determined by the Company.
