5-day week at Hong Kong Disneyland Resort:
When operational and business needs allow, our full time Cast Members / employees will be scheduled two days off per week.
For many of our Guests, staying at one of the Hong Kong Disneyland Resort hotels is a dream come true. Our Housekeeping Public Area Hosts help bring those dreams to life by creating special memories and a home-away-from-home experience for each of our Guests everyday.
This position requires shift duty.
Typical shift hour: Morning shift (7:30am to 5:30pm) ; Afternoon shift (2:00pm to 12:00midnight) ; Overnight shift (11:00pm to 9:00am).
Responsibilities:As a member of the Housekeeping team, responsibilities include, but are not limited to, clean and tidy up hotel public areas and restrooms; report any damage found in the assigned working areas. Housekeeping Cast Members also interact with Guests daily, responding in a timely manner to their requests, assisting with directions and sharing information.
Full-Time availability is required. This role is Full-Time and requires full availability for any shift.
- Ability to speak conversational Putonghua
Additional Information:SCHEDULE AVAILABILITY Our Theme Park and Resort Hotels operate 365 days a year. Candidates will need to work shifts according to a roster that is determined by the Company, including shifts on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
