Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Business analytics to source from different sources, to formulate questions, perspectives & hypothesis with recommendations in solving specific business problems
  • Provide game changing strategy and inspire out-of-the-box thinking to marketing management and senior leaders
  • Educate and obtain buy-in from users and supporting marketing senior leaders to formulate commercial strategy to build the case for change addressing site-specific needs
  • Frame senior management reports accurately to best represent marketing department strategic intend & approach driving company objective
  • Lead the process for marketing budget planning on regular basis, including budget story formulation, supported with corresponding budget context & details
  • Consolidate marketing budget across different geography (e.g. HK, International, China) and all marketing disciplines (e.g. Customer engagement, activation & planning etc).
  • Proactively engage and consult with internal clients as key contacts for business needs enquiries and translate business problems into solution & recommendation.
  • Build and maintain good working relationships within department and cross-departments to support implementation and get the relevant insights & data for sharpened perspective to formulate business analytics

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Statistics or Science related
  • 8 years related experience gained from general management, marketing planning, consultancy or research
  • Sound knowledge in strategic/ portfolio planning, branding, marketing positioning, advertising, and event evaluation studies
  • Ability in interpretation of data and identify emerging trends and business opportunities.
  • Ability to educate and influence other departments with new thinking and obtain buy in
  • Strong project management skills in supporting the development and implementation of initiatives
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to analyze data and extrapolate insights
  • Self-motivated individual and collaborative team player
  • Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese
