Job Summary:

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and coordination support to the executive and team for DPEP segment, Disney Parks International:
    1. Coordinate logistics for meetings and forums conducted via various platforms (in-person, virtual, and hybrid) across multiple time zones
    2. Liaise with partners from multiple regions to align schedules amid various priorities and urgencies
    3. Prepare travel arrangements for international business travel
    4. Stay abreast of day-to-day office needs and policies (e.g., supplies, technology) and communicate policy updates as they arise
    5. Support the team’s administrative tasks (e.g., leave requests, expense reports)
  • Perform tasks in support of preparing presentation and communication materials
    1. Gather qualitative and quantitative information on a diverse range of topics
    2. Prepare written reports to summarize information from multiple sources
    3. Represent abstract concepts using compelling visuals and graphics
    4. Prepare simple presentation decks for visual communication
    5. Compile meaningful meeting minutes
  • Provide input for segment initiatives and projects

Basic Qualifications:

  • Some relevant working experience in fast-paced work environment
  • Strong communication (written/spoken), organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to anticipate team needs and respond to unforeseen circumstances; balance competing priorities
  • Ability to quickly process information, qualitative and quantitative, from multiple sources; discern quality of information and ensure diverse viewpoints are covered
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, and SAP
  • (Preferred) Competency in visual communication/design and building presentations
  • (Preferred) Experience working with international business units and written fluency in one or more of the following languages: Cantonese, English, Mandarin, French
