The senior data management specialist is responsible for overall integrity of the Hong Kong Disneyland (HKDL) Drawing/Manual Release process & workflow through Global Electronic Data Management System (EDMS), and upkeep all correspondences (i.e. including documentation / submissions / reports / etc.) that submitted to HK Government for all amusement rides under Ordinance.
Oversee the integrity of Ride & Show drawings & manual turned-over from project team to HKDL Facility Services(FS) and ensure drawings and documents release process in compliance with HKDL Documentation Control system & procedures.
Act as subject matter expert (SME) of EDMS, take various execution roles in processes and workflows defined in EDMS in order to ensure the completeness and compliance on data management according to the Disney’s Global Assurance Standard and HKSAR Statutory requirements.
Assist Managers to formulate and execute strategies for enforcing quality control on data management covering all HKDL's ride & show areas and the Engineering Team's internal data / files / records for operations and sustainment.
Responsibilities
Monitor & upkeep the integrities of drawings & manuals in field with new revisions, retaining redlined drawings in accordance with this standard, and monitor the integrity of documents transition from WDI projects to HKDL FS and assist in transforming the WDI project documents to HKDL Data server. Coordinate with WDI Data Management for drawings & manual release issues, resolve any issue on miss-linkage & outstanding items. Supervise and monitor the technical publication works including ride & show manuals, MRs, engineering service procedures, etc. Assist managers to establish / administrate the quality procedures. Participate Tier 2 audits for compliance of HKDL and Global Disney guidelines, standards, and procedures adopted on ride & show works, including documentation, workflow, safety, execution of works, etc. Conduct training on Data Management and Documentation Control to field users amongst Facility Services Coordinate with Global Data Management Team on system change/upgrade/testing of the Electronic Data Management System (EDMS), SmarTeam
Requirement
Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or Engineering
Relevant experience in multi-engineering discipline project documentation administrative works
Experience in international quality control and audit system such as ISO9000 is preferred
Good communication skill in both written and spoken English is referred
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Specialist
