Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate, integrate and supervise all the show and event elements including performers, technicians, costuming, cosmetology and maintenance for special events
- Liaise with internal and external partners to manage all Entertainment projects from concept development to the implementation stage
- Call shows as Stage Manager at special events
- Coordinate various show maintenance activities such as brush-up rehearsals, scenic touch-ups, lighting and audio calls etc
- Manage day-to-day schedules, time sheets, work orders and requisitions
- Create show cue scripts and call show cues
Job Requirements
- Diploma or above in performing arts, technical theatre
- Min. of 4 years of working experience in stage event or production management
- Knowledge in both theorertical and practical aspect of project management, liaising among different business users and vendors
- Good knowledge of lighting, audio, SFX, scenic and stage set-up systems
- Fluent in both English and Chinese
