Coordinate with solutions for problem and QA/QC for in-house and outsourced day-to-day corrective / preventive maintenance of building, architectural and decorations elements (including furniture, paints, graphic, signage, props, drapery, etc.) to meet the safety, functional and show quality standards.
Monitor and control maintenance database of the computer-aid systems (e.g. Maximo, FCS, Business Objects, etc.), and compile strategic reports for assets reliability as well as improvement of or long-term maintenance efficiency
Organize and manage the repair & maintenance workshops to facilitate routine maintenance for the resort
Coordinate, supervise and contract management for contractors
Coordination to facilitate the delivery of seasonal events, development and rehab / enhancement projects
Planning, sourcing, procurement and control of spare materials and consumables
As Subject Matter Experts (SME) trainer to develop and update the operational and technical training materials.
Requirements
At least High Certificate in Building-related Studies, Civil Engineering, Fine Arts, Facility Management or other related disciplines
minimum 1 to 3 years of experience is preferred, fresh graduates will be considered
Knowledge of construction and occupational safety and other statutory requirements for maintenance and construction project
Technical know-how on their Subject Matter Expert (SME) and materials to achieve sustainable development
Strong technical know-how with solid experience to facilitate the quality control and maintenance aspects
