Communicate/coordinate with operation team on daily operation arrangement/issue.
Support in managing the handling of daily work request & daily work orders.
Assist in coordinating & managing outsourced work and maintenance services.
Study & analyze the maintenance record of computerized system for maintenance planning.
Support in handling emergency call, urgent repairing work & ad hoc maintenance work and prepare incident reports.
Assist in training, document control, inventory, in-house manpower management, maintenance planning, preventive maintenance & corrective maintenance.
Support site coordination/supervision of expansion and enhancement projects.
Conduct site inspections to monitor/review the safety, quality control, work progress and prepare site inspection reports.
Assist in managing, reviewing & improving the daily operation efficiency.
Identify and implement and review energy initiatives.
Requirements
Diploma holder or Certificate in Building Services and Engineering disciplines or equivalent
Minimum 4 years’ relevant experience
Grade A Registered Electrical Worker or above is preferred
Extensive knowledge of construction and occupational safety for maintenance service, improvement and expansion projects
Experience in using Maximo system in generating routine report for work orders
Good interpersonal skills with positive attitude on problem solving and customer service
Strong problem solving skills, work coordination skills and data management skills
