Job Summary:

  • Assist the engineering team to perform the design review and mechanical analysis, and develop technical solutions in respond to reliability issues in the existing amusement rides and show equipment

  • Assist the engineering team to conduct the investigation, measurement and troubleshooting on-site

  • Interface with other engineers or technicians to establish the strategy and work plan for the implementation of enhancement work or mini-projects. Monitor the progress and analyze the performance

  • Review the alternative material, off-the-shelf component and bolt & nut hardware. Clarify the fabrication method and requirement with MPS and local part vendor

  • Assist the engineering team to handle documentation (drawing, BOM and maintenance manual) and release to the electrical data management system

  • Involve in the annual survey inspection of amusement rides, and prepare the document for submission

Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Mechatronic engineering or equivalent disciplines

  • 3 years’ of relevant experience in mechanical engineering, experience in machine design,CAD modeling, simulation and instrumentation is preferable

  • Excellent technical analysis and problem solving skill in ride & show engineering

  • Independent, self-motivated and enthusiastic in engineering

  • Good in AutoCAD, Solidworks and finite element analysis software

  • Basic knowledge in machine design, welding and measurement instrument is preferable

  • Good verbal and written communication in both Chinese and English

  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Associate Engineer
