Support the planning & execution of industry-leading EMEA regional, UK local and global marketing partnerships on a title-by-title basis across all The Walt Disney Studios brands and partner categories, aligning with the theatrical & D+ studio slate.

Key elements and required results of the role
Support the planning, develop and implement best-in-class regional, global and local brand partnerships on a title-by-title basis across all brand categories as directed by team leaders.
Work closely with the team and any agencies to support the development of movie and category strategies, ideas and early partner conversations as well as new briefs.
Support on initial pitches by requesting content & helping to develop pitch materials & decks. In addition will analyse initial proposals and help agree deal terms.
Support campaign team by running initial kick-off meetings with partners and agencies; managing guidelines sessions and sharing initial creative assets from Disney portals.
Be the key point person for local markets (focus on FIGSUK). Share ideas, pitch materials & updates on regional campaigns. Deliver toolkits and guide on locailsation practices to ensure regional & global partnerships are executed at a local level and maximised across the region.
Collaborate and share updates with multiple Studio teams and X-LOB to ensure that partnerships align with strategy, are amplified and maximised, meet Disney guidelines and are developed with local nuances in mind. Including but not limited to: Global & local Partnerships & Promotions teams, Studio Marketing brand Creative, PR, digital, trade, Corporate Brand, Legal, Disney Music Group, CPGP, Research & Insights & Disney+
Manage PAS (internal system) and share EMEA best practise and guidance from concept to creative development across all deals and with all markets - ensuring all partners are a good brand fit. Also identify areas for growth with key partners.
Support team by reviewing all EMEA promotional materials (TV/radio, print, POS, digital, social, music and talent rights).
Create and collate partnership reports, presentations and case studies per title / category - analyse past promotions and make recommendations based on trends and key learnings
Acquire fundamental knowledge of the partnerships / brand sector and contribute to internal and external brainstorms, work with marketing leads to collate comp reports to share with wider teams
Work with the team coordinator to maintain pipeline, collate agenda points for all team / market calls, manage snapshots as well as follow ups and actions.
Work with team coordinator to ensure all pitch materials are up to date and are shared with team, Studio teams and local markets.
Work with the team to manage the team budget and PO processes and finances
Areas of Accountability
Accountable to the Partnerships Senior Manager
Responsible for maintaining effective external partner relationships and internal relationships globally on behalf of the Studio Promotions team, across all brands & categories
Experience and Professional Qualifications Required
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
4+ years experience
Experience with 3rd party partnerships / promotions
Experience in delivering 360 promotional campaigns
Experience working as part of a regional / global team
Experience of multi-national, fast-paced, progressive commercial organisations
Experience of working in a multi-cultural environment
