- This role is considered hybrid, which means the employee will work a portion of their time on-site from a Company designated location and the remainder of their time remotely.
As part of the FP&A team, ensure that all planning cycles (close, AOP, forecast, 5YP) for DTCR (Direct to Consumer) retail is always accurate, timely and well communicated to all stakeholders
Produce and maintain planning models for all planning cycles (close, AOP, forecast, 5YP), ensuring consolidation and Roll Up, preparing deliverables
Prepare exec summaries and presentations highlighting key variances, risks and opportunities
Responsible for detailed and relevant variance analysis across all business channels including quarterly deliverables to both Global DTCR (Direct to Consumer Retail) and EMEA TWDC (The Walt Disney Company)
Build and maintain strong relationships with global and EMEA Finance teams
Consolidation & Systems
Ownership of the team’s P&L models & reports, consolidating the different channels of DTC Retail (Bricks, Ecommerce, Marketplaces)
Liaise with relevant stakeholders and other team members to ensure all planning cycles are delivered, signed off, and correctly reflected in systems (Cognos, EDNA, ERC)
Provide efficient solutions to reporting and analytical requirements of the business across all channels (Bricks, Ecommerce, Marketplaces)
- Support transition and implementation of new planning & reporting systems (e.g. move from ERC to EDP)
Bricks & Mortar P&L & Overheads/Allocations
Lead Sr Analyst for Bricks & Mortar P&L’s, ensuring consolidation, planning, review and monitoring and reporting of revenue projections and all costs to relevant stakeholders
Plan & track cost base, working closely with budget holders to monitor cost base and challenge them to identify cost efficiencies. This will be across all variable and operating cost lines within the remit of the role (For example, but not limited to, Store Labour & Bonus, rent & occupancy costs, maintenance, transport costs, overheads and allocations for all DTCR channels)
Support the FM & SFM on Business Development work as required, producing analysis, modelling and presentations on the longer term strategy for the evolution of the business to an E-commerce led business that is scalable and profitable

Experience of working within the retail / licensing FMCG sector
Accounting qualification + experience of an equivalent commercial and FP&A role
Experience of supporting commercial management to a high standard and working with the Regional Finance and Commercial head office.
Demonstrable track record of providing commercial support to a business partner that’s insightful, timely and responsive.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Ability to produce clear and insightful presentations that deliver key messaging at the appropriate level of detail.
Numerate and analytical with a desire to think through and resolve problems.
