Job Summary:

Ensure effective management of the Site Production team. Train and support the team; oversee the day-to-day tasks and deliverables necessary to run shopDisney sites EMEA.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for optimising the use of tools and functions within SalesForce Commerce Cloud across the shop Disney EMEA e-commerce sites,
  • Responsible for the production of e-commerce data, ensuring all category and product information is correct​ in order for effective analytics and achievement of data driven decisions to optimise the Guest Experience (GX),
  • Responsible for coordinating with merchandising teams to execute the replication schedules​, ensuring that changes are promoted to the live sites in line with the trading calendar,
  • Responsible for product data enrichment processes to ensure that product information is Guest-facing and has accurate attributes, imagery, copy, and is brand compliant,​
  • Responsible for ensuring timely and accurate product data feeds, custom preferences, job schedules, site configuration to optimise the Guest Experience​,
  • Responsible for managing site integration processes​ with existing third parties and for integrating any new third parties into the websites,
  • Responsible for ensuring third party optimisation, identifying and implementing any new third party functionality based on the third party roadmap and business requirements and putting forward business rationale for recommended enhancements,
  • Think ahead, identify potential issues and see them through to resolution,
  • Manager external vendor relationships, take responsibility for return on investment within the scope of the role and for driving continual improvements,
  • Ensure effective management of all associated budgets.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Degree in an e-commerce/business related subject, or previous experience within an e-commerce retail environment, beneficial,
  • Previous site management experience within an e-commerce retail environment using Sales Force Commerce Cloud (SFCC), essential,
  • Understanding of ecommerce trading and best practice, essential,
  • Understanding of user experience, web usability and web analytics, essential,
  • Experience of e-commerce or similar, essential,
  • Content Management experience using SFCC, essential,
  • Management experience within an e-commerce retail environment, essential,
  • Experience of site management and understanding of how site enhancements generate revenue,
  • Experience of leading projects and delivering against set timeframes and budgets,
  • Proven experience of building effective relationships, leading and managing change and collaboration across departments to achieve business goals,
  • Experience in influencing key partners and stakeholders,
  • Proven experience working, and thriving, in a matrix organisation.
