Supervisor, Digital Store Management (Italian Speaking)

Job Summary:

We are currently looking for a motivated individual to join our Digital Store Management team at TWDC as Supervisor.
Reporting to the Digital Stores Manager, the Supervisor is instrumental in driving the digital transactional business across key 3rd party Online Retailers / Digital Stores in Italy, Turkey, Israel and Greece covering both ownership (EHVL) and rental (TVOD) business models.
The Supervisor is accountable for Italy, Turkey, Israel and Greece EHV and TVOD financial targets across all clients in these territory. They will work closely with the regional team based in London and the local team based in Milan.
The fast growing, quick changing space crossing digital, technology and business would suit a commercially focused, organised and passionate business professional with a background in digital content. The individual should bring a high attention to detail, have good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to project-manage and work effectively under deadlines and in complex environments.

Responsibilities:

  1. Help drive the transactional business across Italy, Turkey, Israel, Greece for all clients:
    1. Support the manager in the day to day client relationships to drive on-store featuring/placement of Disney content on stores, and to ultimately drive revenue targets in line with AOP expectations
      1. with local accounts (Sky Italia, Telecom Italia, RTI, Vodafone Greece, DBS in Israel etc..)
      2. and global clients in collaboration with the regional account managers (e.g. Amazon, Apple, Google and Chili)
    2. Work closely with the Sales Development, Technical and Marketing teams to ensure that all clients have the required materials for upcoming releases (Movies, TV)
    3. Plan and coordinate the implementation of promotional activities within each territory and for each partner, based on the regional promotional calendar & local new releases schedules.
    4. Coordinate and fill in platform submission sheets for promotional activities and submit via client specific tools
    5. Support the implementation of new pricing or windowing strategies in the relevant territories when required.
  1. Data analysis:
    1. Track weekly and monthly sales and assist finance team in quarterly and yearly forecasts and EHV and TVOD 52 week ultimates
    2. Review performance data for promotional activities (local vs.regional)


Basic Qualifications:

  • Comprehensive and relevant industry experience
  • Experience in working with multiple territories and specifically Italy, Israel, Greece and Turkey
  • Worked within digital media business
  • Ideally a product manager by trade with several years experience in managing budgets and driving revenue
  • Fluent in Italian essential

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Client relationship skills
  • Digitally savvy
  • Quick learner- understands new digital products/technology quickly
  • Strong organisational skills and time management skills
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills
  • Highly analytical
  • Sales and target driven
  • Team player
  • Proactive and flexible approach with ability to react quickly
  • Ability to self-manage and balance multiple projects and priorities
  • Ability to work in a high pressure environment
  • Highly organized and able to prioritise
  • Strong level of Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook/internet skills
  • Good communications skills, both verbal and written
