Job Summary:A great opportunity has arisen for an experienced Web Application Developer to join the dynamic team of Walt Disney Travel Company (International) on an initial 12 Months FTC. The team is based in Disney's EMEA head offices in Hammersmith, London and is currently working on rebuilding our Disneyholidays ecommerce platform and portfolio of marketing microsites.
The successful candidate will work as an integral part of the Disney Destinations International (DDI) and closely with the development team to maintain and update the bespoke ecommerce platform, taking a proactive approach in evolving the back-end technology stack and migrating legacy code across to an ASP.NET framework.
The person will also advocate integration of technologies and development methodologies to help drive the business forward and ensure a robust, scalable platform.
