JOB DESCRIPTION

The 20th Century Fox Television (TCFTV) Production team is seeking an experienced Coordinator to serve administratively across all series and pilot productions. The Coordinator will be responsible assisting with all end-to-end production processes, which includes: policy & procedure enforcement, facility management, studio & network information maintenance, as well as labor, guild, and union relationship management.

Responsibilities:

POLICY AND PROCEDURE ENFORCEMENT:

  • Distribute key policies and procedures to pilot and series production staff.
  • Develop and research new production policies and workflows.
  • Maintain and store key files such as production wrap documents, as well as update master production manual.  

FACILITY MANAGEMENT:

  • Manage and track annual Fox lot facility lease, including stages, swing stages and offices.
  • Assist with off-lot facility requests for Mill, storage and warehouses as needed.
  • Maintain relationships with external and local studios for stage/office availability purposes.

STUDIO & NETWORK INFORMATION MAINTENANCE:

  • Disseminate critical production information, both internally and externally, including production grids, phone sheets, etc.
  • Assist with show & tells, table read and additional meetings as it relates to pilot season.

LABOR, GUILD & UNION RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT:

  • Work closely with SAG-AFTRA, IATSE and DGA to keep them up to speed and assist with any questions or issues.
  • Track and submit BTL DGA deal memos to DGA, track and maintain all BTL crew deal memos/start paperwork.
  • Keep track of Labor practices and requirements anywhere outside of LA where we have series to be sure our shows are compliant.

Qualifications:

  • AA/BA Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 1 year in a Physical Production or comparable role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to prioritize throughout the day and effectively interact with varying levels of employees and production executives.
