- This role is considered hybrid, which means the employee will work a portion of their time on-site from a Company designated location and the remainder of their time remotely.

Job Summary:

ABC seeking a Design Post Producer to project manage the production of graphics from intake through final delivery for all design requests. In this role, you will support an efficient post production workflow, oversee asset management and content delivery, ensuring projects are accounted for and go through proper creative review and approvals. 


  • Project manage graphic production process (from order/intake, spec confirmation, to final graphic delivery and finishing) for all incoming design requests for spots, campaigns & presentations.

  • Flag narrative / visual errors on design content to ensure brand cohesion and quality work.

  • Collaborate with internal teams including: Affiliate Sales & Marketing, Integrated Marketing, Digital Marketing, Production, On-Air, Legal, Research, Publicity, Finance, & external creative / design agencies.

  • Work in concert with studio and network BA/Legal to ensure proper licensing of stock materials/fonts and clearance of publicity photos for promotional use.

  • Manage contract process and billing workflow.

  • Create and manage agenda for cross-organizational key status meetings, as well as standing departmental meetings to address/ troubleshoot technical issues in advance of project delivery.

  • Optimize workflow between disparate teams to create efficient pipeline that service cross-organizational needs.

  • Maintain graphics deliverables list with the changing needs of the company to include new and relevant formats / tech specs.

  • Filter and collate Producer notes/stakeholders feedback into clear, concise & actionable tasks for designers assigned to a project.

  • With the Art Director manage designer’s schedule.

  • Anticipate and plan for mishaps in timeline and production processes, problem solve & provide feedback.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience within the TV marketing industry, specifically with a broadcast network, cable, studio, streaming platform and/or creative agency.

  • An independent thinker and proactive team member with a strong sense of organization and tactical thoughts with other teams.

  • A sense of urgency with the ability to meet tight deadlines and communicate clearly.


  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience
