FINANCE COORDINATOR, TV Group

Walt Disney Television/ Twentieth Century Fox Television Group
Los Angeles, CA 90064

The Finance Coordinator will help support the VP, Finance. Ideal candidates will have proven experience managing multiple responsibilities and following up on outstanding tasks. Must be ready to handle a high-volume of work and collaborate with all areas of the TV studio.

Job Description:

  • Process monthly DTS overhead journals (payroll accruals & rent)
  • Payment processing of invoices (Acenza)
  • Onboarding of new vendors (GVAT)
  • Assist with annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting process
  • Assist with intercompany billbacks (Disney) and billings to Fox Corp (FBC)
  • Assist with gift and contribution tracking

T&E

  • Audit Expense Reports and track report submissions month-to-month
  • Generate monthly Overhead Reports and Post T&E Expense
  • Department procedure training of New Assistants

AMEX ADMINISTRATION

  • BTA - Business Travel Account
  • Audit and Prepare monthly Reconciliation statement
  • Purchasing Card
    • Track and audit Dept monthly AMEX P-card logs
    • Assist with monthly department AMEX P-card Reconciliation Form
    • Coordinate department supply purchases

DEPARTMENT ADMINISTRATION

  • Coordinate new hire and temp IT set up for departments
  • Coordinate w/Studio Facilities: Maintenance and Repair, Office Relos, etc.
  • Maintain annual subscription renewals, account updates, etc.
  • Maintain TCFTV Distribution list
  • Assist with wireless reimbursement program

Special Projects as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

  • BA in Finance, Accounting or equivalent work experience preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year in a relevant role, ideally in the entertainment industry
  • Must be discreet in handling sensitive and confidential information
  • Professional in working with all levels of employees and providing accurate data
