JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Maintain the production vendor master file through the Common Vendor System.
  • Administer the procurement card program for all of 20th Television productions.
  • Process vendor invoices.
  • Process payroll through Entertainment Partners.
  • Perform spot audits on productions.
  • Set-up shows on Global Vista.
  • Run and review bank reports and reconciliations.
  • Provide support to Production Accountants regarding policies and documentation.
  • Process journal entries
  • Create payment authorizations for Talent payroll.
  • Reconcile SAP against Production Accounting System.
  • Set-up bank accounts.
  • Liaise between the production and the studio.

Skills and Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • 0-2 years of work experience
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, and ability to communicate well with all levels of management.
  • Must be able to thrive well in an extremely busy and varied environment, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in MS Office; Word/Excel/Outlook.  SAP and Global Vista experience desirable.
