Job Summary:

The Walt Disney Company’s Direct-to-Consumer and International segment (DTCI) is a global, multiplatform media, technology and distribution organization for high-quality content created by Disney’s Studio Entertainment and Media Networks groups. DTCI includes Disney’s international media operations and the Company’s direct-to-consumer businesses globally, including the upcoming Disney-branded direct-to-consumer streaming service, the Company’s ownership stake in Hulu, and the ESPN+ sports streaming service, programmed in partnership with ESPN. BAMTECH Media, developer of the ESPN+ and Disney-branded streaming platforms, oversees all consumer-facing digital technology and products across the Company as part of the Direct-to-Consumer and International segment.

The Revenue Growth team identifies, evaluates, and implements strategic initiatives to drive incremental advertising revenue for TWDC’s leading television networks, ranging from ABC and ESPN to FX Networks and National Geographic. The team focuses on cross-functional special projects that will best position TWDC for long-term success in today’s rapidly evolving media landscape. As a key pillar of the Ad Sales Finance organization, the Revenue Growth team acts as a conduit across Disney's portfolio of networks to plan and execute growth-focused special projects. By collaborating with key stakeholders, the team's primary objective is to identify new revenue channels and enhance existing ones through commercial and data partnerships, advanced advertising products, and strategic alignment across sales, operations, and finance.

Responsibilities:

  • Create ad hoc financial models and analyses to support decision making and strategic initiatives
  • Complete market research and track industry trends
  • Closely manage projects from beginning to end: manage day-to-day communication and provide updates to leadership team, identify key issues and manage data gathering

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a top tier university in business administration, finance, or related field of study.
  • 2+ years of professional experience with a background in management consulting, investment banking, strategic planning, corporate development, or business operations.
  • Strong technical skills in Excel and PowerPoint, with experience in financial modeling.
  • Strong analytic mindset, ability to structure projects and handle ambiguous data.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills.
